I dont care about the #1
But the Real Beyonder would be smashed by any Galactus if he is not starving.
The in-continuity Beyonder wouldn't be a challenge for Galactus at 80%. No challenge at all. I'm not even sure she'd make 25% Galactus (Galan after he's fed on a world) break a sweat.
I'd go beyonder both ways...
Pre Retcon beyonder.. power of millions of multiverses...
Current beyonder... just his residual energy causes a watcher universes away to go blind... and countless other effects....
galactus at 80% is nothing to classic beyonder. Current beyonder would crush galactus also...

So are you saying that Galactus is weaker than a celestial?

No. Why? Did a celestial beat the beyonder?
Kubik said in a FF annual (Forgot which one probably 23 or something) that him and the Beyonder were nothing compared to a Celestial, and they would be killed if the Celestial judged against them. Luckily the Celestial let them live.

That was #26 actually, and that was Kubik and Kosmos.
80% Galactus = 80% of the Universe
Kill Galactus = Abraxas and the end of the Multi-verse
Now in #27 (the next issue)
Post-retcon Beyonder is an intrinsic part of the Multiverse.
As a Cosmic Cube (post-retcon Beyonder can warp a pocket Universe)
As Post-retcon Beyonder outside of Kosmos (his full potential is Universal but his status is Multiversal)
Kill Post-retcon Beyonder = Collapse of the Multi-verse.
80% Galactus defeats Post-retcon Beyonder as Kosmos.
80% Galactus defeats Post-retcon Beyonder outside of Kosmos, but not before a great battle between the two
80% Galactus kills (Post-retcon Beyonder outside of Kosmos) and the Multi-verse collapses and kills 80% Galactus along with it.
(Post-retcon Beyonder outside of Kosmos at full potential) defeats 80% Galactus
