Spider-Man was able to dodge a car being flung at him and MJ seconds before it hit him was able to stop that Subway from flying off those tracks he was able to hold that wall of the building up for a few minutes until that fusion reaction pulled it in.

in an all out brawl spidey would win. the only real (phyical) challenge would be Marve, Bane, and Riddick . the others are mental pudgists.
