I will give you one thing, when I came here I was too nice myself, and you gave me the first taste of what the forums are really like. Now I can laugh and feel flattered enough to post this in my profile quote. 🙂 (Remembers the first fight in Akuma vs Hulk, and various ones with Hulk power.)

Only thing I need to make fun of really quickly is that this sounds like an Armando thread, and I thought you hated those, matyr.
Make sure to apply for a non Rifleman Infantry positon, such as Engineering, Mechanic, Specalist, etc. Make sure to pay attention to the commands, don't ever make a Left Face when the Sgt said right. Don't let the dehumanizing get to you. Always make sure your weapon is clear, unless firing it. Sleep with your pants and boots on with ZipLock bags over them, unless they have you in a specific bed uniform. Know your limits and pace yourself accordingly. Come back alive, BadSymbiote and FeverRed will appreciate it.

Thanks everyone for your support, even though I don't know most of you.I know all about basic, my brother and several friends all went through it. As dad many members of my family, including my Aunt who was a TI.
Look... if there're only a few things I've learned from fighting in Iraq, these are it:
Your best chance of survival is to stay away from the noobs on your team
Don't jump into a helicopter and expect to be able to fly it on your first go
Anything short of a being actually dead can be cured by standing next to the first aid closet
If you attack an enemy base, do it in the a large tank and sit on the self repair/reload platform
If you only have a rifle and a tank comes along..... hide!
Most of your mates will be running around doing their own thing ... so don't expect any help from them.... even if they are standing 10 feet away from you
.... there are more, but I don't want to depress you too much ... 😛
God.... Battlefield 1942 .... and more importantly, Battlefield: Desert Combat, are bloody great games!

So this means I've only got a couple of days to re-plunder your AIM shared files?... hope you've got some new stuff

Seriously though, you'll get through the training without any trouble.... this is where being a stubborn b@st@rd will actually become a good thing
So many "Words of Wisdom" are popping into my head... but they all sound a little pretentious, so I'll just say good luck and try to have fun whenever you can!

I'm not threatening beat anyone up on the internet, so I'm clear of being Armando.
Besides, the people have a right to know when a living god is leaving their midst, psshaw.
Nataku. Man, I've always liked you.
Seriously, good luck with everything. Stay safe and all that. And try to come back if you get the time. You've always been a great debator and you've always made me laugh when you weren't being serious.
Monday will be a sad day when KMC loses a debator such as yourself.
Godspeed, my friend.

We need more debators who use logic in their battles though, now it's only the Spidey supporters.
