Deathstroke vs Ladydeathstrike

Deathstroke

vs

(Classic) Lady Deathstrike

No prep
Deathstroke is only armed with his swords and knives
Bloodlust is on

Who wins and WHY?

PS. Just so it doesn't become the issue, let's assume that Lady Deathstrike CAN'T cut through Slade's swords.

Well then Slade blocks every attack the Lady Yuriko tosses at him. (Omg I can't believe i remember odd knowledge like the real name to characters... i'm a real comic nerd 🙁 ) and then cuts her up... I dont' remember her having a healing factor...
