Longest Movie Franchises

Which series of movies are the longest? Let's see.

Godzilla(Japanese) is obviously on top with 28 movies. The longest movie record ever.

Friday the 13th is on the list for sure. But I don't know how many films he has.

Star Trek is also definately up there with 9 movies.

Any more?

The Wong Fei Hung series has I think about 100 movies.

Hopalong Cassidy has loads too.. about 65-70 I think.

If you start with the official movies Bond goes back 44 years to 1962.

I think we're talking franchises, so Zatoichi is right behind Godzilla with 26, plus the remake.

26? Are you sure? I counted 29. I'm probably wrong though.

i believe bond appeared in 54 also in casino royale on tv

not so much sequels to another but the "___ Of The Dead" seems to be a huge franchise.

I was going to say James Bond as well. I mean, that's over 20 movies. Which is quite a bit.

Star wars 6
Harry potter 7

Alfred Hitchcock
