Horror Movies I should buy

I go to this DVD store, which at the moment are selling lots of old horrors for between 2 and 10 dollars. Can anyone suggest some good ones that won't be a waste of money?

First you have to tell us what you already own and what kind of horror movies interest you.

And maybe some examples of what the store has.

i only own about 10 horrors, my parents were pretty weird about me owning them up until this year (but im allowed to watch them...)

i watch virtually all types of horror, although I'm not particularly interested in ghost ones.

As for the store, they have hundreds of different horror movies.

I've seen all the Friday the 13th, Elm St, halloween etc.

but are there any movies that you guys would recommend that arent really famous but really good anyway?

I've seen all of those except for Blood Surf....

Is last house on the left any good? I've heard ppl talking about it here, but the guy at the store said it was terrible.

Yes! Hellraiser (1&2), Evil Dead (1 & 2, and 3 if you like the comedy aspect) and The Thing kick some serious hiny, but you most absolutely, definitely must get Braindead/Dead Alive!.
