To save the picture, you have to hit "print screen" on the keyboard and crop the picture using paint, photoshop, whatever. Then post it on here!
To go further, then, you save the picture to My Pictures. Now, depending on what program you used to crop the picture, you either click "attach file" and upload the picture (most programs), or you upload it to Myspace or something and right-click 'Copy image location' and put it under [ img][/img ] tags (paint)
