sudden security update...from hell!!

i turned on my pc, and i found some new 'anti spyware' programs that wont get lost..i cant get rid of these things?
BTW, it blocks me from downloading all the anti spywayre/virus/adware/other programs in the above thread..

the program in question is called spyware quake 2.3...
anyone heard of it?
