S/B was mindless fun for the first couple of arcs, and the Absolute Power arc was underrated in my opinion. Very entertaining. The book took such a steep downhill dive after issue 19(which was really Supergirl 0). S/B 26 deserves to be owned by all though as it was Sam Loeb's story.
But yeah, horrible really is the word to describe this book now.
