Sorry, man. Palpatine didn't send them there just to look intimidating. Vader killed quite a few, but the 501st killed more.

There's a slight chance Anakin might be better than Yoda in lightsaber combat, though probably not. Yoda will pwn Anakin in the Force and will win in Force + Lightsaber definately.
