The big game was ok, but not competitive. Rookie Challenge was decent. HORSE was fun because it was the first time in my lifetime that I've seen NBA players play HORSE. Dunk contest, 3 point contest, skills, and shooting stars were all worse than previous years. Highly disappointed. Was still fun, but disappointing.
Thats a ridiculous stat line by D12, Durrant went of for 47 tonight as well. He really seems to be a lot more comfortable this year and taking better shots. You guys hear that Tyson Chandler is off to Oklahoma? The Hornets are shedding salary but they wont go far in the playoffs without their defensive anchor.
Lakers looking ok, Kobe's teammates carrying him at the moment (as they should after all the hoops he's played lately). Lamar with 11 boards at the half, i love how he is playing with Bynum out (keep it up #7).

I just hope that his performance energizes the rest of the team to play harder, and I think they will. Reddick in particular, is really stepping up.

I actually think Morrison might succeed in the triangle, with the amount of wide open shots our role players get he should be able to average double figures if he can knock some down. He wont be called upon to create for himself, just move and use the screens to get open. With Kobe, Pau and eventually Bynum on the floor he will see a ton of open looks and the one thing he has been able to do is make shots. Hopefully it works out for him, i'd rather have him taking Waltons shots anyhow.
