Washington has given Cleveland a loss earlier this season without Arenas and Haywood (which I'll get to in a second). There is also a lot of animosity in those games, especially if the game is being hosted in D.C.

You also have to take into account that both Arenas and Haywood are back and obviously healthy. They'll bring some much need stability. More specifically, they'll maintain better control over the ball. With Arenas aiding in distributing the ball and with Haywood in getting rebounds. Naturally, this makes a team much more efficient overall.

The Wizards were projected to be a contender this year, but were hit with injuries early. They've rotated their line-up incessantly because of it.

Now they have their desired line-up. Just, too little, too late.

The loss isn't that bewildering when you think about it.

All the trash talk and hard fouls during the playoffs last year

IMHO, Mike Brown didn't prepare his team. They had to known Arenas was gonna play. Darius was the spark for his team

Remember...Arenas, Jameson and Butler handled the Celtics two losses

Good luck buddy and hopefully ur team can do my team a favor

No doubt.

I'm relatively confident in Orlando giving the Cavs two straight. We have their number, but they are first in the East.

Gotta play solid D, first and foremost. They need to play to their capabilities. I'd say the loss against Toronto at home should be a good motivator.

Dwight, will be Dwight, so I've no worries there. Looking for Alston and Lee to dismantle them and for Turk to make clutch shots. I just pray Lewis has a good night. I never know what to expect from him. Hopefully, some notable performances come off the bench, too. Pietrus, Redick, AJ and Gortat in particular.

I'm hoping the Hawks can give the Celtics one in the loss column.

Orlando could definitely use home court advantage in the second round.

Sigh. We lost to Washington... again. I didn't see the game but I've seen enough of our games against them. Proeblem is that they match up fairly well. Another problem is that Mike Brown has the imagination of 50 year old republican. He really isn't a good coach, he doesnt adjust and he runs about three whole plays. He has just been fortunate to have Lebron James to hide his weakness.

I hope the Lakers are watching the Magic right now, thats how you play in front of your fans. Although we still have the 4th to go it looks like we still have a slim chance to get the best record again, we have to take advantage though.
Lamar is the key in this game, no one on the Rockets can cover him. Kobe needs to pick his spots like last time and not go into a 1on1 battle with Battier and Crazy Ron. Pau wont get anything easy against Yao unless he runs him off the floor, as soon as the rebound is secure he needs to sprint to the other end and makes Yao change ends fast.
I dont think we deserve to have this chance to get HCA to be honest, but if opportunity comes you have to grab it with both hands.

Lakers on in ten

Go inside early. Pau can out hustle Yao...get him tired. Lamar should have a easy time inside. Lets go LO. Agree KR about Kobe not getting involved with the whole Artest stuff again. Play ur game and Lakers be alright. Bench play is a must. Sasha and Farmar come to play. Help the starters out. Hoping Shannon and Adam get some minutes

Orlando destroyed Cleveland, 116-87. Went up by as many as 41 points.

Everyone was producing. Lots of hustle on both ends of the court.

Making blocks, steals, three's, dunks, everything. They also got some bad calls that went their way. Gotta mention it. I'm too bipartisan when it comes to the rules of fair play, not to. Regardless, the Magic outplayed them by a mile.

I knew the Cavs would be worn for this match. Very sloppy and sluggish.

Great win. Hawks tomorrow.

And 😂 at Gortat hitting that last three. 😄

No kidding. When I saw the score, I had to stare at it for awhile to make sure I was reading it correctly.

Lakers win 93-81 😊

Led by Kobe and Pau. Kobe shot well and made two big 3's down the stretch. DJ and Josh Powell good off the bench

1 game behind Cleveland

Orlando win, 88-82.

Hawks were giving Orlando a fight all the way through. They led by 10 at one point. The Magic missed a lot of shots. Very poor from beyond the arc. Defense was decent, but sluggish as well.

Orlando turned it on in the fourth after a "no rhythm", first half and found their shot. Led by as many as 13.

Lewis had 16, Turk had 12, Alston had 14 and Lee struggled getting 8. Redick came off the bench with 11. Good game from him.

Dwight had another double double. 21 points, 23 rebounds.

Not nearly as dominating as last night, but a great win none the less.

Howard's a beast

Lakers vs Lippers tomorrow

Go Lakers

Lakers win 🙂

Wasn't too happy with them losing big leads again and holding on to win

But its a win

Bench was strong, Kobe started hot(made key free throws)...but. Pau with a key layup. Lamar played strong and good defense by Trevor at the end

I know you're a Laker fan, but how do you feel about the Clippers anyway?

Just curious.

Never been a fan

Wish the Lakers would take Cleveland's mindset when it comes to home games. They "blow out" teams.

Blazers are back in the playoffs after a half-decade absence.
