Yup. Makes him look really bad.

Aren't players required by the NBA to give interviews afterwards?

Yes

I love it when athletes walk out on reporters after the game. I hate sideline interviews. They never, ever do anything.

Even if he wasn't going to talk to reporters, at least congratulate the other team.

There's really no excusing that.

You don't work on free throws during a pregame, but during the offseason.

Maybe you don't adjust your free throw habit/shot during pregame, but most/all people definitely shoot plenty of free throws before the game.

So whos gonna wins guys?! i like both teams so i dont care.

David Stern will make the Refs fix the series and make the Lakers win.

Yeah, but to improve, you wouldn't do that before the game.

If Lebron James walked out on reporters is one thing. I would congratulate him for it, but to not shake after the game is something different.

I didn't see it but I just though he walked out on reporters.

He left without congratulating the Magic. He is classless and a sore loser.

Oh please. He was just really dissapointed and wasn't in the mood. If he was a sore loser he would have went to bench at the two minute mark.

It was a pretty disappointing end to a great season.

Well all I can say is good luck to the Magic they deserve it. I hope they clean L.A's clock.

Then that is not right.

Who cares if he was disappointed?

You don't think every other player who were are losing teams weren't disappointed? They still had enough class to congratulate the other team, there is no excuse.

meh, who cares? Lebron isn't that great in interviews, anyway. He wasn't the first and he won't be the last.

Lebron spoke today

Taking the Lakers

He has been a great sport and has handled every facet of his game with grace his whole career. So all of a sudden he is classless cause he didn't stick around to shake hands? If this was an all the time occurrence it might be worth more. But this was really bitter loss and he didn't feel like forcing a smile for the camera. Big effing deal.

I don't think anyone really cares about it. This just feels like a veiled attempt at sniping the guy.

I don't care about interviews, which is why I didn't say anything about them.

Sounds like you're a homer who can't admit when your favorite player does something wrong.

I like Lebron, next to Kobe he's my favorite player. I'd like you to point out in any of my posts where I said he was classless (If that was directed at me). He was wrong not to congratulate the other team, that is a fact. I couldn't care less if he didn't talk to the media. It is a big deal when you can't handle a loss to the point where you let your team ride the bus back to Cleveland w/o you and you don't congratulate the other team.

Edit on my first post, it appears he did ride back with the team.

Lebron:

"It's hard for me to congratulate somebody after you just lose to them," he said. "I'm a winner. It's not being a poor sport or anything like that. If somebody beats you up, you're not going to congratulate them. That doesn't make sense to me. I'm a competitor. That's what I do. It doesn't make sense for me to go over and shake somebody's hand."

Yea Lebron, someone beating you up is exactly the same as them beating you in a basketball game.

Anyway, I'll still like him, he's just didn't make the right choice.

Go Magic.

I like that. No foreplay, just straight to the personal attacks. Very classy.

Look, he should have congratulated the other team. Sure. He congratulated the Spurs after they swept him. He congratulated the Celtics last year. He congratulated the Magic this season when they stomped him earlier this year. His has been criticized for being too friendly with opposing players most of his career. So he walks off one time and he is a sore loser?

Its like they say "build 1000 bridges and your a bridge builder..." you know the rest.
