David Richards Hyperstorm is. If you look at the scans itsays no one has ever been born on earth more powerfull then him.

He has Franklins powers, Rachels and the Phoenix force as part of his DNA.

Also he can access other mutants powers so I he can use their powers against them.

hyperstorm even though extremely powerful was defeat by galactius. he was sumthin of a plot device if u ask me. currently the list goes like this

Galactus isnt some sort of scrub or anything. Being beat by him isnt that big of a deal....

Other than Jean Grey, either Mad Jim Jaspers or Wanda Maximoff.

I say that White Crown Pheonix is the most powerful, she is up there with eternity and the other abstract beings, she is in a way above Omega.

Umm no outside forces so Phoenix enhanced Jean doesn'r count. Though regular Jean can stuill pack a punch.

What about Quire? Is he an honourable mention?
