IM can beat pre-disassembled Vision... current Vision is made from 30th century (I think) tech and has yet to show the full scope of his abilities

The only thing that I can see Iron Man getting wins from Vision is due to the fact he has contingency plans for the Avengers.

That is unless Visions new body is beyond Starks technology, it is Kang technology! I'll got for the Vision win here because of that! 6/10

Iron man and vision has fought before. In avengers series, one of the first vision apparence, he alone batled iron man, thor , wonder man, captain america, vision, scarlet witch, black panther and hawkeye. The group won, but it wasnt easy.

Another time, iron man did beat vision in the avengers series.

Almost all the heroes and villains of the marvel universe has fought before, we are talking about more than 40 years of stories.

Well upgraded Extremis Tech is still limited by "current" technology even if it is Starks. Typically Kang's tech was better however that said I'm sure for a comic they would show IM winning.

Kang's new armor was once again from the future and before Kang left the armor could time travel.

I'll go with Vision due to the intangibility.

this is KANGS 30TH CENTURY TECH WERE TALKING ABOUT THO I DOUBT TONY IS DOIN MUCH TO IT! Plus Vison is the shit i loved it when he took down Count Nefaria in i forget which issue but its in his respect thread.

Iron Man takes Vision almost every time, both the pre and post-disassembled versions.

Even though the new Vision's body comes from the future, currently I think the older Vision has the better chance. The new Vision has a lot of potential that I'm sure has yet to be shown though however.

First off, since when has iron man shown he can "override" visions functions. Iron man doesn't have a failsafe for vision just cause he's a technical genius. As far as Vision vs Ironman goes. Vision's been shown to phase through many different attacks before, Tonys blasts should be no different. Tony could avoid Vision forever and a day, but if Vision ever breached the gap and phased his hand into Tony's suit, he'd probably KO the both of them.
