MM can't tranmute something that isn't there and has no molecules, can he?
Doc's astral form is a ghost, unable to be harmed yet he retains his full powers.

Strange pops out to fight, Strange gord yo thr astral plane and and shuns his body to another demension.

Which Owen himself allowed,
due to his broken heart after he realized Marsha left him for good.

Owen is an emotional hazard, he even placed limitations in his mind again,
limitations that are broken when his alter-ego takes over.

lulz indeed, that's hilarious, and I still haven't found the stipulation behind that comedy,

Nah, Tony was able to pretty much pick and choose which memories he wiped from Owen's mind. For instance, Tony erased Owen's knowledge of his secret identity.

Strange can win on his best days obviously. Molecule Man isn't someone above some of the beings Strange's fought. That said, MM would take 8-9/10 wins against Strange. Put Shuma Gorath or Agamotto and I'd wager them beating MM. Possibly even Dormammu.
