So at a teenager not even fully developed yet he's already more powerfull then the Phoenix Force, mags and xavier combined? Add in that he can control people and their powers? Plus the powers he gets from his 2 parents?

Blink has seen allot of very very powerful mutants and yes Marvel put that obvservation in the comic to try and demonstrate how powerfull he is.
And no he was only a teenager at that time cause later they show a vision of what he wil do fully grown and he wipes out every hero on earth and becomes and unchalleged ruler.

And he didnt take over blinks mind exactly he accessed her powers directly.
