Post-Crisis Superman vs. Dr. Polaris (DC one). Battle is in Smallville

Dr. Polaris has the potenial to beat him. But only if Superman stands there and let him like he did when they fought last year.

If Supes goes all out Dr. Polaris goes down.

Polaris made him blind and then shunted all the sunlight away from him making him powerless, it was a neat way to use it power.

Like snoop said, Superman would have to just stand there.
