Damn nice thread.

Can't believe this hasn't been brought up. But Galactus fans should check out Spiderman & the Secret Wars #3. This series is not a Marvel Adventures publishing and portrays untold segments from the original Secret Wars.

Issue #3 portrays where the heroes assault Galactus and it starts off by showing that Galactus' "sheer presence can alter reality [and] nothing is going to be quite as it seems." Apparently, when you fight him, "Galactus hits you on hundreds of different levels. Even separate planes of reality." The entire comic proceeds on how Spiderman deals with it, who at one point is literally being unmade by Galactus' warping powers:

Yeah. And apparently, "What we normally see of Galactus is the merest tip. He's an iceberg of cosmic dimensions. . . . No. Worse. He has no dimensions. . . . No boundaries at all."

Very cool. 👆

wow, damn nice scans ODG.

Galactus does it passively without knowing, I believe. 😕

I think what ODG is trying to point out that all of these different attacks are something that Galactus doesn't even have to think about to carry out. It's natural to him, to multitaks and accomplishe all these effects at the same time in some distant part of his mind.

And AWESOME find ODG 👆

Couldn't find the Thanos-Fallen One fight online, so I decided to put them up.

I know that the Fallen One didn't win, but IMO he did pretty well against Thanos considering that he is only a herald of Galactus.

==Continued==

==Continued on from the above post==

It's explained later in I believe a Conquest issue that planets blowing up temp weaken Fallen One too. So he has that to explain why he went out.

Also, I added some more scans to my Galactus-centric Photobucket, so I'm pretty sure it's up to date (ignore Annihilus section, unless you want to see it).

Didn't Doom have the Cosmic Cube there?
If not, I gotta go back and re-read that series...

Anyway, Thanos says that Galactus wiped the galaxy clean with his Annihilation buster.

He does have galactus's power, but I think he got it using the cube.

The first scan is from issue 11(the issue in which Odin and Doom fought) while the last two scans are from the next issue of the series.

Interesting.

Time to take another look at that series.
