how sooh and I forgot to add one thing the heroes and villans get one day of prep aswell. however they still don't know who they are facing they can just use the time to amp them selves up and no Ultimate Nuliefier.

DS and daxamites completely curbstomp 616 marvel earth, DS 10/10.
millions or billions of Daxamites at his command who are more powerful then PC kryptonians and no exploitable weaknesses as Supes.
P.S. Their is no Pre-Crsis DS, his feats from PC are still cannon in post-crsis, DS wasn't effected by the crsis, that and the "true form" of DS has never been shown, they are all DS depowered (no boomtube) or avatars.

616 and ultimate marvel earth can be OE'ed away, as DS has OE'ed entire pantheons of gods before.
That and the billions of PC Daxamites who are more powerful then PC Kryptonians and have no exploitable weaknesses like supes had, then theirs PC Validus and Mantis
That and if DS really wanted to go all out he could use a boomtube and be in his true form, that and his avates are supes level.
