Although, im annoyed about Kate taking Clint's name she isnt a bad character.

It would be cool if she turned out to be Clint's daughter or somthing 😛

There's no way to determine who's faster. But the teen can blow people up. From a distance. And isn't afraid to do so.

Its a hell of a lot better than SPEED!

Hell, Flash is pretty much the best speedster name out there. It's short, sweet, symbolic, and provides for a ton of puns.

Quicksilver is a great name.

Quicksilver beats Quicksilver Jr.

As much as I want to say Quicksilver Speed has powers beyond simple super speed. Quicksilver takes it on experience, but an adult speed would likely hand him his ass. He has options Quicksilver does not possess.
