Ive been reading the JLA/JSA/LoSH but I still dont understand for what reason they brought him back. Did they explain? Also, Is DC trying to make the Flash their version of Jean Grey? How many times must they kill the character?

I have a feeling Bart's going to be back in about a year

And when he comes back he'll probably be a teen again (Thank god)

Not only the death of Bart is unfair. But that is a pretty shitty thing that Wally gets offer a spot on JLA and they had a Flash for the entire OYL.
