LOL!! I know what you mean. I heard his name every where and yes he's my mom (and dad's) favorite actor too (they realized how good he was aftyer I became obsessed with him). (which is saying a lot cause my dad hates almost every celebrity) But I saw Blow (loved it and I was wondering "who IS that man?! He's good"😉 and then I saw COTBP and my mouth was hanging on the floor. Next movie I saw of his was "Charlie and the chocolate factory" which my dad hated.
But I dunno why I liked it even better than the original. I'm worshipper of Roald Dahl (read all of his books) and I loved the book. I just thought Tim Burton did the book more justice and Johnny's performance gave Willy a great edge while Gene Wilder's was more like Willy Wonka out of the book. Just me though cause my dad was ready to kill me for taking him to that movie. (maybe it was the oompa loompa's singing...I dunno)
BTW Tigers u ask how old my mom was?! She's thirty eight. And she isn't in love with Johnny like I am but she has admitted that he's the most good looking man she's seen. She shows no interest in seeing pics from Orli or any other celebrity but when I show her the pics in my "Johnny folder" she actually watches. Which is to say something cause she's not a celebrity person either.
Seems like we're going to have a lot of Johnny on TV this month. I didn't know but I'm looking forward to it!!! Especially the late show with David Letterman...I loved that.

Wow! Tigers. I just spotted that BIG one with the blue background. With him pushing his hair back. OMG! Never ever saw that. It's now the wall paper on my computer (instead of the Cptain Jack one I had 😄) and I feel my heart melt every time those chocolate brown eyes look at me. Thank you! 😄 I just feel giddy every time I see a new Johnny/Jack pic

a Johnny Depp website I found last night...can't quite remember the name I visisted so many, Usually is stick to DeppImpact and Oh Johnny!, but I've seen just about all of their pics, so I decided to go searching...not sure of the name of the one I got these from, but many of them I had never seen before...they were from professional shoots and even had the name of the photographers....
Ditto on the 'eyes' issue BTW. I'm a romance novel junkie (I'm just a book junkie...you name it I've read it) and I always read about how those blue/green eyes captivated the heroin and made the hero that much more different and exciting and handsom but I realized that the brown eyes with that twinkle are my thing...
The thing about Johnny is he doesn't need colored eyes, different shades of hair or expensive and polished outfits to make him look sexy. He just IS. You either got it or ya don't got it. And man oh man! He's GOT it.
