...Just because a stingray killed him doesn't mean we should think they're dangerous,Steve wouldn't of wanted that.....

I'd just like to take a moment to point how terribly idiotic and disrespectful to Steve Irwin that is.

Steve Irwin absolutely would want us to know that stingrays are dangerous--his death is a telling example of exactly how dangerous they can be. In fact, Steve Irwin always wanted people to understand and the savage beauty of nature and respect how dangerous the animals with which he dealt were. Thus, to say that Steve "wouldn't of" wanted us to think they are dangerous is not only inaccurate, it is a blatant lie and an attempted assassination on the very character of the late Crocodile Hunter.

COCONUTS apparently kill around 150 people every year. Falling from a height of 80 feet, they can build up an impact speed of 50 mph.

thats 3 people killed by rays in the past hundred years and roughly 15,000 killed by coconuts in a hundred years

so, you see, it is exponentially more important that we take time to give pause and respect the deadly power of the coconut.
