What the.... Never even heared of this.... Does he still have PC, was he able to recharge back? Is this Nova herald of Big G or is it Current Annihilation Nova, Richard rider? Cant give you an answer since we really dont know anything about Red Surfer..

He still had his powers but i think the were decreased, and this is herald of big g

✅ I agree i would even go so far as to say second weakest with the top spot taken by Airwalker but we also have to take into consideration that this version of surfer is weaker although i still say surfer wins.

Nova loses. He's pretty darn weak. Red Surfer is merely a lesser version of the Silver Surfer.
