Palpatine w/Amulet?

Some person (Darth_Glen or something) said Palps had a Sith Amulet iN Dark Empire. Some other place says he had some Crystal. is any of it true?

Kaibur Crystal? Although that crystal fades into memory with things about Supershadoow, Splinter of a minds eye among other things. All I can really remember about it now was that it was to be the source of jedi power before Lucas invented the idea of the Force.

SuperShadow is an idiot. But I was asking about this amulet that Palpatine supposedly had but I never heard anyone say he had it again.
