If so, he should always know and have control over everything in the multiverse making him equal to LT.

He's just highly enlightened with the OF. Strange with his Orb is closer to all seeing than Odin, in fact, Strange CAN see everyone and everything at all times at the same time across all dimensions with the orb.

Strange couldent beat the Odin force without the council of godheads and he had prep. Thats right off panel, why is it being ignored.

Can I have the issues where Strange does this with the orb of Agamotto?

Odin has his own orb, but I haven't really seen much of it's use. Warlock also has the orb of Eternity interestingly enough.

People who thing Strange even has a chance against Oden needs to smack their head against somthing hard

I guess you didn't see the part on Ragnarok where Thor regained the Odin force and claimed that he now knew the outcome of basically everything.

You don't have to be equal to LT to be omniscient, seeing as how Genis was once nearly omniscient.

Odin's orb is Mimir. A pre-cognitive head who refuses to give Odin any info of value because mimir hates Odin.

If Odin was omniscient, he would have known about "The ones who sit above in the shadows" and when Ragnorak would occur. He knew neither.

Odin's biggest feat is shaking a universe, correct?

Strange's slightly highest feat is destroying a universe with a couple words.
