I thought it was a bit sad he wasn't killed by a croc. Too ironic. That was probably Steve's secret wish - to die at the claws of a big Aussie Crocodile.

Yeah, I didn't think of that. That would have been better.

I do feel sad about Steve's demise. I always thought he was an irritating nut, but I still had some respect for the guy. He was brave and justified in his duties. He devoted his life to teaching people to not be afraid and to help animals in need. I hope his afterlife is filled with eternal hapiness. He deserves it.
