Isn't CA kinda dastardly powerful now.

ok then 3 scenarios to make it a bit fair if it seemed a bit biased

1) CA(current) vs. Hyperstorm(FF)
2) CA(current) along with having control of the quantum zone vs. Hyperstorm(FF)
3) CA(current) along with having control of the quantum zone vs. Hyperstorm(exiles)

Captian atom is very powerful now yes,

But Exiles Hyperstorm just wipes him form existance the way he did the 84 senintels that attacked him at once.

Hyperstorm from the FF has unlimited power supply adn there just so many sweet things Hyperspace energy can be used to do.

Captain Atom at full power in the Q zone wins. Otherwise, he's dead.

Exiles Hyperstorm just wipes him from existance with or without the Q-zone.

FF Hyperstorm can draw endlessly from Hyperspace which I believe is stronger then the Q-zone.

Or Captain Atom could just wipe him from existence. When Hyperstorm casually creates a universe and then destroys it, I'll put him on Nate's level.

And did I mention Nate was a ninja?
