Psylocke's telepathy was generally thought to be around Emma's level, probably a notch lower, but enough nonetheless.
The psychic blades became her schtick after the four minds in two bodies thing with Kwannon; that didn't mean she couldn't use ordinary telepathy.

I'm not saying that wolverine can be a telikenetic, I'm not saying he can beat a telepath on emma's level.... all i'm saying is that saying all versions of betsy taking it to logan is "folly" since not all versions have what it takes to taking wolverine out.
