Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers;
A peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked.
If Peter Piper picked a peck of pickled peppers,
Where's the peck of pickled peppers Peter Piper picked?

^exactly what papoose was doing

if anyone is going to help shift rap into a better era of innovation, it will prolly be Lupe Fiasco, he is a solid emcee with great storytelling and Kanye may have a ghostwriter but he dosent fail behind the boards, not only that he gets raido and video play, so people will actually listen to him. solid rhymes, nice beats, and mainstream play..not saying hes gonna save rap, it dosent need saving, it needs changing, and i think Lupe has the potential to spark that change.

on point ✅

i was impressed by Lupe's album, and his mixtapes are even better. ive only heard about 4 of his mixtapes out of like 20, but that was enough for me to judge him as an emcee with alot of potential.

I think he's talking about Alphabet Slaughter that song with a bunch of alliterations

yup.

I like him, I guess. I like him on other people's songs, but not his.

Can anyone tell me what the **** the sample is in Papoose's "Riding Shotgun"? It sounds way too familiar and it's driving me up a wall.

Papoose is a great emcee, he won't "save rap" but he's a breath of fresh air in the mainstream. He's going to force out the shitty mainstream crap we've been flooded with since the late 90's and show millions what good hiphop is. Papoose reminds me of Big L in his cleverness, style, flow, and large vocabulary. To me he's the reincarnation of Big L.

i hardly ever hear of papoose in GA, mainly because down here we love Crunk rap and Club music. So i don't hear to much of him, but Big L i do listen to on my own time, and i must say he was truly talented. It is your opinion, but i gotta disagree, just going off of what i've heard of Papoose, i think Big L is miles above pap. Pap is decent but L was something serious IMO.

true i agree BigL is one of the God's of rap and is way above what papoose is, but whenever i listen to papoose i can't help but think of BigL....i think it's just the cleverness and the way they both play with words that gets me....
