Can aquaman telepathic powers works on reptiles?

Can aquaman telepathic powers works on sea reptiles like alligator,sea snakes, and turtles? If no why not?

I am not possitive, but one would think that his powers would apply to water based reptiles for sure. Strictly land based ones I would think not though, correct me if I am wrong.

In a recent appearance he controlled frogs and alligators. Hell, Aquaman can control any marine animal, even the microscopic ones.

Hmm. So Wonder Woman is immune to him? Willpower has something to do it with too, I guess...is he still affecting them through physical means (like he did to Zum) or through mental means?

He used to mental powers against some alien on time I can remember. The alien (or whatever the hell it was) had a GL ring and Aquaman grabbed him and used his telepathy to connect to the ring and his willpower to work it. Frickin awesome scene
