he can harness cosmic power which could rival a herald, create solar vortexes, matter control, transport things to other dimensions (such as when he transported the Beehive to another dimension) among other things...well, check the respect thread...

basically, its AW during his HIM era...

both of them are amongst my favorites...

i only read the first 12 issues or so of gotg. the magic would complicate things, but that's not the version in the OP. i hadn't seen enough of the new one to say for sure how this would go. classic w/o the gem was powerful, but not in bill's class.
