even with out being full potential spectre basically defeated everyone and when he is full potential which only happend once, he had most of the power of the presance to combat the great evil beast, he may not be the presance himself but he is damn near the presance at full potential, adding the ALE all of it and other things is just overkill MU doesnt last a day.

in a swampthing or constantine comic it was already stated when spectre was gonna fight the GEB he had most of the power of the presance, his feats even with out such power are greater then anything LT can do, taking over or womping heaven wow, anyway then you add the ALE a multiversal power thast just overkill.
