It really doesn't matter if they start a thousand miles from each other or a few feet. to someone who moves like the flash, it's all the same. But with batman's knowlege of flash, and reed's scientific genious, they could invent something that would trap the flash as soon as he was with in thier radius.

Pfft... Bat and Reed can easiley work something out that will trap Wally in the Speedforce, they will use his own power against him.
