If its the Predators from the movies that I've seen the Cap takes it after a tough fight.

Captain with shield 7/10 Cap without his shield 4/10.

Predator 7/10. Blasting him might not work, (His shield COULD maybe block the shots) Cap isn't physichally a match for a Predator.. (Even tough his jobber aura - muscles were able to overcome Spider-man)

Fully armed predator? Discs, spears, blades, plasma and grenades.. That's lots of stuff that could kill any man in one shot.
