Since Hulk's strength is variable then he shouldn't be in any strength argument unless the threader is referring to his potential.

Many Hulk fans say that Hulk is strongest when they are basically implying his potential and not his base strength. Stan Lee and others have, many times, established that Hulk has a base strength.

So threaders, please clarify which Hulk you are referring to. Either his potential or his base strength. Otherwise, there is no right or wrong answer and these arguments will get nowhere. It will ultimatlely waste people's time.

If we are going to try and quantify Hulk strength by jumping right to "enraged" Hulk, which is basically a powered up character, then we should be able to afford the same showings for Thor nad others.
Thor has been able to increase his strength and power through magic and artifacts.
I say we should just stick to base strengths here.
