I gotta go with Gambit on this one. Unless Bullseye gets a free first shot, his being more accurate won't matter. Gambit doesn't need pinpoint accuacy when his projectiles explode on impact. Now if it were H2H, the fight would be closer, then I'm not really sure who'd take it.

Bullseye could take Gambit out before he gets to hit him. But if Gambit is fast he could get Bulls before he has a chance...so Bullseye 5.5/10
