I'm so going to get my 'Net butt kicked for this... but I don't hate Will. I think Will is more of a "boy" yet, where Jack is a MAN. But, Will loves Liz- he was more than willing to go in search of the key so he could save her... He is just not as handsome, exciting, wonderful, sexy, adorable, mischeivous, erotic... as Jack. But he is a good man.
Personally, what I would love to see in Part 3 is Will realize that for him to measure up to Jack in Liz's eyes he needs to seriously go pirate. His dad is Bootstrap Bill the pirate. The guy has been avoiding the lure of his pirate blood, but it would be awesome for Will's dark side to emerge in 3. I think we would all be drawn to him more if he turns pirate.
No offense meant at all, but maybe this should stay as a character thread- it really isn't playing nice to bash poor Orlando- he is such a sweet guy!
OMGOSH- Someone here has a Phantom siggy!!!! I have to laugh because I see so many parallels between the Jack/Liz/Will scenario and the Phantom/Christine/Raoul scenario. EVERYONE was rooting for Phantom, and they hated Raoul. But Raoul was a good guy- just not as charasmatic and SEXYYYY as Phantom (go Gerard Butler- the one other man I would pay hard money to see as a pirate...)

That would be me! I loved the Phantom but I also loved Raoul. I wanted her to be with Raoul because like.. just 'cause he loved her in the proper way. I can't explain, but the Phantom's love was like an obsession although he was incredibly sweet. Awww it's so sad 🙁 So it looks like I think the same with the Christine/Phantom/Raoul situation as I do with the Elizabeth/Jack/Will situation.
And I agree.. stop being mean to Orlando whoever is. This thread has nothing to do with Orlando (and Legolas for that matter).
