Can we bash Legolas? I don't get his character at all! He hardly says a word and all he does is fire those damn arrows! They have Arwen and Galadriel and all the other cool elves to represent the elf race, so why do they need to be represented in the fellowship? He has no purpose. I don't even think he says a word to Frodo in the whole thing.

i've never seen lord of the rings...but i can say that orlando looks ugly in that film...

I will bash Legolas to pieces, though i understand why Tolkien stuck him in. he was representing the elves. it was important to the overall theme. but i was never hugely into his character.

and IMO, thats not Orlandos best work at ALL. i guess there wasnt much to do with the character. and he is ALWAYS stating the obvious LOL
