Quicksilver has done nothing to show that he's even 1/8 of Zoom's speed. And a good GL blast can blow up a planet, or contain a supernova (not to mention the countless other things that a GL ring can do).

Not really. THe new JLA still have Superman , Wonder Woman, and a GL. It's still lopsided.
(And MM and AM aren't part of the new JLA roster)
