Voyager - The Black Testament vs. Sephiroth

I wanted to pit Voyager in a fight but since he's a bit unknown, I decided to pick another villain who for some odd reason is universally known.

Fight 1: Access to all canon moves and skills. Fight takes place in The Temple from Goldeneye.

Fight 2: Voyager pilots E.S. Dan and battles Sephiroth in a simple expanse of open land.

Who will win?

It's a pain when you put an unknown in a fight...sigh. Oh and bump. Come on...somebody else must have played the game.
