pretty much...sorry guys but wolverine's already put down a class 70 fighter with kicks punches and minimal effort.. he's made headbutts and kicks register on hulk....

and to be blunt captain america has punched and kicked the tar out of rhino.. if cap can do that to the gut imagine what an admantium fist is going to do. 😐
