its red alright but not a red giant, by the time that happens humans wouldnt be on earth anymore(in about 5 billion years) both becuase it would be too hot, and we likley would have conquered the stars by then..but scientists just call it red giant beucase of the way it expands when its burning out its last bit of fuel, so it actually doesnt change color it just gets bigger........ok i know im totally ruining the light heartedness of this thread, so sue me 😄
