but is he in the strength-level of an enraged Hulk ?

Ulik...IMO 6/10

Hulk wins, without PIS. Ulik certainly ain't in his strength class.

Although current Hulk and Grey Hulk are a different matter.

ulik would be winning in the beginning but after a while of insulting the hulk and pounding on him, hulk would be super-pissed and you know what happens then

Ulik would lose and lose badly.

Unless Ulik knocks him out in the start, the Hulk would win eventually.
