Whats that thing?

The thing in your computer to make it talk. You type something in, and it says it, and it sounds like Stephan Hawking.

Go to your Control Panel, it's titled Speech.

(that's assuming you have your control panel set to classic view, which is the only way I can find anything)

Or its under "Sounds, Speech and Audio Devices" on "Cetegory View", which I don't find that hard to navigate as people make it out to be.
