REX's Game - WAR ZONE - The Dark Jedi

"You can try to stop me, Raskae, but that scrap pile really needs to lay off." Dak groans as he slowly gets up. "You know, there ARE less painful ways of getting someone's attention." He goes back to his corner, and quickly sculpts a statue of V9. Calling his sabers to him, he ignites them. He shows off, using the Force for incredible speed, and his sabers become twin blurs, shredding into the statue until there is only a small pile of ice shards left. "Performance art," he says casually, switching off his sabers and placing them back in his wristguards.

"You think your powers are so special," says V9. "I've heard of legendary elemental Jedi more powerful than you."

"And indeed there have been," adds Raskae. "But Thajkon put an end to that awhile ago. Maybe he'll tell you a bit about them...if he ever arrives."

(Great... Is Thajkon, gonna "put an end to" me, too?)

"Yeah, I've met a few, killed a few. Ice can be so versatile... Like when I was battling that ground elemental, Krystal. She made it worse for herself in the end... her power over dirt was no match for my ice. She pleaded for death before I finished with her..." *evil grin*
"There was only one who seemed to be a match for me, and that was the fire elemental. Never got his name, and he nearly killed me by creating a volcano beneath us. I want revenge on him..."

"Thajkon fought the real ones. The creators of your kind. The pathetic dweebs you've fought are nothin' compared to the Elementors..." says V9.

"Precisely," says a deep voice. You all turn to see a tall man in an immense black cloak. His face is hidden by a metal, steel-gray mask (sorta like Jason's), and two piercing red eyes glare from the eye holes.

"Hello there Hajid," says Raskae, who stands and greets him. A metal glove sticks out from underneath the swirling cloak.

"So this is Thajkon," says Vatan. He rises up from his chair and moves to shake his hand.

(Imposing... I'm skeered!)
"Well," Dak says, turking from the mass of ice that had just been reformed into a globe of Arnia, "What is this talk of the of my kinds forefathers? You must tell me, it's a bit like family history."
Let's see if he really knows as much about us as he claims, Dak thinks.

Thajkon lifts his hand, but not to shake yours Vatan. He lifts you up into the air, and puts you in suspended animation.

"Who's this fool," says Thajkon.

"One of my men," says Raskae. "Put him down!"

Thajkon nods, and puts you down, but pushes you against the wall.

Glad I didn't try to shake his hand, Dak thinks. He remains where he stood, saber holsters left unlocked.

Then he turns to you Dak. "So, your an elemental," says Thajkon. He moves towards you, his shadow surrounding you.

"Your forefathers were too powerful for their own good," he says. "Powerful Jedi, thousands of years ago, after that idiotic Sith War, trapped them inside crystals, and hid them. A cult, called the Byseme, found them and tried to bring them back so they could rule the Galaxy. As that is what I want, I and my followers wiped them out...including your forefathers."

Thajkon smiles. "Not to worry. I won't kill you. Your not a threat," he says menacingly.

(Don't mess with that story Kaliero...I'm using it in a story I'm writing)

Not a threat?!?! I'll show him... Dak is severely angry now, but manages not to show it. He turns quickly around and continues his globe of Arnia, mapping the glaciers and permanent settlements, using his talons.

"I sense your anger, weakling," says Thajkon. His "apprentice," Aptos, walks into the room, smirking at you from beneath his gray & red Ubrikkian helmet.

"Anger," Dak states without turning, "is fitting for a Dark Jedi, as it is what gives him his power." He says this earnestly, with the sick feeling that this Thajkon could read his mind, too.

Kojiro who has been standing nearby quietly suddenly ends his sillence
"do not draw your power from anger. Only then will the dark side of the force be unlimited compared to the lightside..."

(Umm... what? 😕 )

(philosophy....nevermind.)

"Yes, it is very fitting..." says Thajkon.

He has three beings escorting him. Aptos, a Ubrikkian, wears armor similar to that of Leia in ROTJ. Count Dooku had greated him and has now entered the room. A squat, black & chrome R5 unit sits by Aptos.

(To Dexx: "And now, release your hatred, and take your father's place at my side." - Emperor Palpatine, ROTJ. Anger IS the philosophy of the Dark Side, and REX agrees. So, I must be right.)

Dak follows at a distance, wary of Thajkon. To tell the truth, he is terrified.
His entire story matches with the myth, Dak thinks. So he cannot be lying. But to have killed the Elementors, who could have molded the planet around him? He has true power. Power that maybe no one can control...

(Actually, your not going anywhere...yet)

"So, how skilled are you with Force Ice?" asks Aptos.

"Stick to your saber Aptos. Those ice powers do absolutely nothing in a fight. He couldn't even hold down a walker," says Vatan as he gets up from Thajkon flinging him. "Now, about that nasty push you gave me Hajid..."

Vatan is suddenly encased in a block of ice before he can finish his sentence. "Please do not interrupt when I am about to talk. Now... Aptos, is it?... I happen to be very skilled with ice." A large chunk forms which he shapes into a statue of Aptos. "Very skilled. Wouldn't you say so, Vatan?" he says, glancing at the block which holds Vatan.
