REX's Game - WAR ZONE - The Dark Jedi

Padme -- Markus is still choosing...

ATROY -- The remotes are beginning to lessen. Training will soon be over.

Kojiro notices the change in the attacks and resumes to a more deffensive position.

Vatan stands next to him, and goes back to back. "This is getting easier!" he exclaimed.

Akki's Jeru Tea comes and she takes a sip. Still looking at Markus waiting for him to order.

Markus orders Ahrisa, a spicy food. He eats a few bites before a signal comes over the loudspeakers. It is a sort of droning sound.

"Ah, we've arrived on Vyylosk!" says Markus.

You and Markus walk up to the dimly lit bridge, and stare out the viewport. From space you can see large canyons and mountains through the wisps of clouds in the planet's atmosphere. You can also see a few forests among the grayish-purple sands of the planet. It looks almost like a marble.

The ship's pilots put the ship down on a landing platform in the middle of a large crater. It is called the Main Crater, and is the center of the Vyylian Royal Houses' operations.

She looks out onto the Marble Planet. As they begin to land in the crater Akki turns to Markus, "What do you think became of the Jedi?"

"They have probably arrived on Vyylosk already," says Markus as the ship and the landing platform outside are lowered into an underground cavern.

You may now exit the ship, and you'll be meeting with Raskae and his gang shortly.

Kojiro sits back on a nearby wall after the remotes retreat. not too tensed he thinks...

ATROY -- A remote tries a last ditch attempt to hit you, Kojiro, but smashes against the wall as Aptos Force pushes it.

Training over. You all now file out of the room, scavenging droids rushing in to clean up the mess. You are all led to the large hangar, in which are dozens of Vyylian starfighters (they look like jet fighters with saucer-shaped cockpits). A large starship has also landed in the hangar after coming down on the lift-platform. It is called the Space Tick, and is owned by a group of pirates that are helping the Vyylians as well as Thajkon.

You now see Akki Scbal (Padme) for the first time. She has purple hair and wears a black jumpsuit with gray boots and a gray scarf thing. Following her down the ramp are a few pirates, and a Corellian pirate named Markus Ares.

Padme -- You exit the ship and see a group of guys. These are the Dark Jedi that Raskae leads. Vatan Zark (BB) is a Bothan, with tan fur and blackish-brown hair, and dark robes. Dak Kaliero (duh!), an Arnian and a General on his home planet of Arnia, is repitilian and has blue scaly skin and black claws. Sasaki Kojiro (Dexx) is human, and has gray hair and a gray beard. He wears all gray, from his boots to his checkerboard-patterned gray sweatshirt. You also spot another of your friends, Aptos. He trains with you under Thajkon, and is very disciplined. He wears Ubrikkian armor (like Leia's in ROTJ), in dark shades of gray and red.

ATROY -- Raskae rejoins you, as well as Hajid Thajkon and another of your associates, Frost O'Reily.

Padme -- Three other Dark Jedi walk up. One you recognize right away: Hajid Thajkon, your mentor. He is wearing his usual jetblack robes and a steel mask (like Jason's). The humanoid's piercing red eyes stare out at you. Raskae Banon is the leader of the other Dark Jedi. He has black hair and a goutee, as well as a black cloak covering the rest of his body. Frost O'Reily is a human with tan skin, and has many scars. He has black hair, and wears a black shirt, a gray vest with gold trim, and gray pants. He has black boots, and two wrist gauntlets.

(Frost O'Reily was General Zink's old character btw. I liked the character, so I've turned him into a NPC so he can tag along.)

"I would say 'welcome', but I severely doubt many will welcome you here but us," Dak says to Akki, while he is recovering from various scratches and bruises.

KOjiro welcomes the newcomer. "can always use new team additions..."

Akki turns to Dak, "Thank you for that welcome, one of few I am sure." She then directs her attention towards Kojiro, "That's good." She turns and looks towards her mentor, "Sir."

Dak rolls his eyes. SIR. That was one of the reasons he left the Jedi Order.

Akki watches Dak and notices him rolling his eyes. She thinks nothing of it and continues on, "I believe the Jedi are here. They destroyed one hanger, and I failed to destroy them." She looks around the group.

"Jedi," Dak says, taken off-guard. But then he shrugs. "Good, I need a real fight. Those ASP's and remotes were WAY too easy, weren't they, Kojiro?" Dak says with a wry half-grin.

Kaliero -- You can't see it under his mask, but Aptos rolls his eyes at you, Dak. "Yeah, easy for me," he says.

Padme -- "You failed to destroy them then?" asks Thajkon, ignoring the fact that Markus' ship has been damaged. "Grr..." Thajkon Force pushes you to the floor, but that's it.

"No big problem," he replies. "We have a droid army, pirates, and a group of Dark Jedi. Jedi shall be no problem..."

"If there are only as many as I saw," adds Aptos. "That would make about five."

Vatan decides not to add anything, especially after Akki is pushed over. He's in the mood to kill someone because of those Jedi... Vatan thinks to himself.

Then he pipes up. "Maybe we should have scouts scan the area for signs of the Jedi's arrival. Specifically around the crater. No attacks, just scouting."

"And from where exactly are we supposed to conjure these scouts?" asks Dak, while Glaring at Aptos.

(It's funny, I half-expect REX's next post to have me trudging towards the crater with Aptos 😂 )
