Strange isn't totally helpless against a blitz, he's got a good many options. Here, Surfer tried to blitz him and Strange's auto-shield/pre-cog threw up a shield to block Surfer.Plus, if you go by Strange's series, he was shown dozens of times being physically knocked out but still able to fight normally through the astral plane. One time he even programmed his body to fight even while Strange was in the astral plane.
Other than that, Flash is the real power here.
I was actually about to bring that up. Strange isint helpless against a speed blitz so its likely flash would still get rocked.
