The bigges threats there are Jean Grey, Rachel and Thor.

I'm sorry but Jean can never be Phoenixless, it sin her DNA. So when they fight shell realise it and then Franklin gets stopped at 2.

If it says Jean minus the Phoenix he means Pre-retcons Jean...the Jean before the Phoenix fused into her DNA....that's before the Inferno arc...and the one who comes out of the cacoon..the Jean at the very beginning of X-Men counts too...
